Three years ago Red Bull and Cell C launched one of the best mobile packages on the market, and pushed their partnership with Red Bull hard for short while. This resulted in 120 000 customers to date, which although not earth shattering, is pretty good for a niched brand such as Red Bull Mobile.

Despite doubling their network traffic in the last year, Cell C want more, and after some careful research decide to revitalise their partnership with Red Bull. Red Bull is one of the biggest brands in the World and epitomises young adventurous go getters, with Red Bull being active in events such as High Tech Sport such as Formula 1, and other madly adventurous activities like Jumping from space with Extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner.

“Since launching Red Bull MOBILE, we have been working closely with our partner Cell C to constantly keep dialogue and offer services that reflect the needs of our South African customers,” says Alexander Koppel, Chief Commercial Officer of Sales, Red Bull Media House GmbH.

New Offerings from Red Bull Mobile
